爱神 爱人

青草地教会的核心理念：在青草地上建立属神的教会，信徒们活出基督的样式。

耶稣对他说：你要尽心、尽性、尽意爱主－你的神。 这是诫命中的第一，且是最大的。 其次也相仿，就是要爱人如己。这两条诫命是律法和先知一切道理的总纲。

马太福音 22:37-40 

To establish a God-centered church in green pastures, where believers live out the likeness of Christ.

"‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets." — Matthew 22:37-40

愿景：要在基督的爱里连接合一，以神的话语追求纯真信仰

价值观：基督为首，会众治理；平等自由，公开公平；彼此服侍，广传福音

【神能照着运行在我们心里的大力充充足足地成就一切，超过我们所求所想的。但愿祂在教会中，并在基督耶稣里，得着荣耀，直到世世代代，永永远远。阿们！】

治理理念

追求纯真信仰而聚集，操练经文运用于生活

共同承担治理的责任，为建造神国添砖加瓦

主内背靠背全员服侍，执行大使命广传福音

执行规划 

建立三权分立的执事会，立法会，监督会，实现真正的会众制教会。

属灵喂养由神而来，牧养权柄归于牧者。规章制度有法可依，组织架构责权清晰。会员代表代为议事，最终权力属于会众
